What needed to feel coherent
Poppy and Moss had to remain recognizable across browser portraits, 3D views, clothing and animation. Four farms needed their identities, work areas and routes to stay intact as presentation improved.
The difficulty
Rigging, clothing fit, seated poses and readable characters take more than getting a model into a folder. Build reports and visual checks documented separate iterations rather than a single magical fix.
The browser limit
The final free browser demo was frozen at BR/R6 while fuller development moved toward Windows. Browser performance and memory were practical constraints; compiled Windows BS was a checkpoint, not automatically a newly playtested release.
The latest release changed
Windows CB later superseded BS as the published PC preview. The site records both as separate milestones. It does not relabel a BS screenshot as CB evidence.
